Turnkey-To-Be Properties is a small, family owned company based out of Aurora, OH.  The company was formed in 2017 to service residential property owners across Northeast Ohio.  After several years of executing on the purchase-renovate-resell model, the focus has shifted to a long-term buy and hold strategy.
